Dan joined the firm in 1995 after working as a senior tax consultant with Deloitte & Touche. Two years later he became Managing Partner and CEO, responsible for all firm operations. He has over 27 years of experience working as a technology consultant, small business owner, controller, and certified public accountant. His specialty areas include tax, healthcare, real estate, and business consulting. He has successfully negotiated healthcare practice sales and acquisitions for a number of medical and dental practices as well as assisting numerous dentists and doctors with startup of a new practice.

Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. He is very active in his community, serving on various boards, such as the Garland County Economic Development Corporation, Chairman (2010), Treasurer (2017); Hot Springs Fifty for the Future, Chairman (2016), Treasurer (2013-2014); Metro Little Rock Regional Economic Development Board, Executive Committee and Treasurer (2017); Hot Springs Area Community Foundation, Vice Chair (2016 – 2017); Greater Hot Springs Area Chamber of Commerce (2003 – 2015), Vice Chair – Economic Development (2010) and Chairman (2005); Oaklawn Foundation, Inc. – A foundation supporting education and Senior Health Issues –Treasurer and Board Member (2006 -2010); Garland County Habitat for Humanity – Firm has provided all accounting services on a reduced fee or pro-bono basis since its inception in 1998.
